Your online source for helpful resources before and after your clinic visit

Welcome! These digital resources are items that I have found useful for patients and families. After sending out individual links with resources over email, I thought it was much easier to capture everything in one place! At your clinic visit I will help direct you to relevant information that applies to you or your child. Please feel free to ask me about anything you read online; I strongly encourage health literacy in all patients and online education makes that easy!

Please note, while the majority of these resources come directly from McMaster Children's Hospital, due to liability reasons, this website is not officially approved or sanctioned by the hospital.

I hope this material helps you and your child gain some understanding, learn about your body, and get back to feeling well again!

Update! Website Going Offline (May, 2024)

I have accepted a new position at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and University of Pennsylvania, where I will be continuing to see patients through the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition.

I am extremely excited for this new opportunity to continue providing exceptional care for patients, learning alongside some of the world’s leaders in medicine, and advancing research in microbiome, pediatric nutrition, and chronic intestinal disease at a prolific research institute. But, I will also deeply miss all my patients and families here at McMaster Children’s Hospital, the Southern Ontario region and my home (Canada 🇨🇦)! Thank you for entrusting your child’s care to me all these years.

I will be communicating with my patients directly with further information about this transition in advance. Existing patients will continue receiving exceptional care through colleagues within the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology & Nutrition at the hospital.
